Wow, you are a STRONG woman. Your road has been filled with so many minefields and barriers, and you still are here, you're still strong, and you still won't lie down quietly in the corner. Bravo for you! The medical world hasn't been the greatest for you - although in some ways they've come through in a clinch. But you're your own category, and doctors like to group things for convenience. I have nothing but admiration for you.
