There is actually it takes time and patience, and persistence, but it is effective: You have to recognize and respect the baseline whereever it is. For the past few months, for me, my baseline has been bed and not much more. Then you have to build a healthy sleep pattern. This also takes a long time because sleep, especially healthy sleep, restorative sleep, is something our bodies no longer knows how to do. Then diet, lots of protein, lots of nutrient-rich foods. Finally, slowly building a tolerance for very gentle exercise. That's the protocol. I'm shooting for whole days of being up without naps right now, but I still need at least one good one after breakfast. And I'm doing what I can diet-wise in conjunction with the sleep. Lots of low-key things to keep the brain alive. I'm listening to 11-22-63 on Audible right now and loving it. Thank you so much for your interest. ((Hugs))
