And I don't have too much to say, because I haven't been able to do much.

I made six wash cloths and two baby blankets.  Bought yarn to make something for my uncle's 65th in the middle of May, and am trying to re-teach myself the pattern to finish my baby's poncho.  And that's about it.

My oven died a few weeks back, and I've been working, when I can, to prepare so they can move the old stove out and a new one that's sitting on my patio in.  I SO need to get that done before Passover so I can clean behind it.  I know there will be several feet of bread crumbs.  ;-)

Haven't been to church in over two months.  Can't remember when I last went.  I've been out for groceries twice, I think.  It takes a lot out of me and I've been working on making-do as I don't think I'm up to another trip quite yet.

Life is quiet, but that's nice too.

Why is it when I can't focus to read I buy books?  Kindle makes that way too easy.

I have been watching a lot of Youtube, lately.  Living on a Dime has been very informative, though sometimes I just don't have the energy for it.  Another YT obsession is Crazy Lamp Lady.  I love thrifting, but can't do it at this time, so watching others do it is highly entertaining and educational.

And so the days roll by, and then the weeks, and then it's two month.  Ah well.  Evenings are a bit better these days.  That's a good sign.

Be well, my friends!

Thrifting is fun! I bought a cool, sparkly, shiny silver baby sweater last weekend for $2.50. The Grandbaby, HoneyB, will be even more fabulous! I need to learn knitting or crochet. There will be no stopping me if I do. LOL

I'm so sorry to hear you're still struggling, M. *hugs* I hope you get a reprieve sooner than later! Maybe with spring?

Wish I had something to rec...book or screen. Hmmmm. I'm reading a lot of short stories and watching crap.

Let's see. Kidling1 rec'ed that Madeline show. But we haven't queued it up yet.

Tin Star - the first season was CRAZY and compelling, but the second season is bizarre and slow. The premise is flawed and I think that's kicking me out of it.

The Horn - gorgeous reality show about heli-resuces at the Matterhorn.

Bondi Beach - gorgeous reality show about lifeguards rescuing folks down under.

The ABC Murders - Malkovich in a role that his ageing face suits him for. His French accent stumbles but this one was worth catching.

assorted Beauty & the Beasts. Some are okay, most are corny.

It's really good to see an update from you, though I wish your energy were getting better. Between not being able to get to church and buying groceries only twice in the last two months, it's clear you're still very tired.

I'm hoping the rest will eventually help. Have you been in contact with your doctor, to be sure it isn't anything else like pneumonia? Though I know CFS has to look and feel very much the same. :(

One thing that occurred to me is that you must surely be eligible for Meals on Wheels, if you have that in your area, which would help.

Also something similar to this: https://www.calgaryseniors.org/

I think you qualify, and things like help in transportation (!) for shopping and errands would just be huge, especially when you're in a crash and really need it.

*hopeful thoughts*
